Marko and Nikolina are first home buyers who were drawn to Pavilion Green due to its prime position within Melbourne’s Bayside community.

What appealed to you about purchasing at Pavilion Green?

As first home buyers starting out in the workforce, lifestyle was a key factor in our search for the perfect place to begin our lives together. Pavilion Green fit our criteria perfectly, due to its close proximity to Sandringham beach, fitness facilities, cafes and restaurants and transport close by for our daily commute as young professionals.

Why did you choose your particular residence and floor plan?

Upon our visit to the display home, we found the stunning interiors and fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen areas breathtaking, as they fit our aesthetic perfectly. A key feature that drew us to Pavilion Green was the beautiful gardens to be featured, so when we were deciding on which floor plan we definitely wanted, one with a view of the garden that gave us the privacy we were looking for. Being a young couple we found that a 2 bedroom residence would be perfect for our needs with a spacious balcony for entertaining friends under an afternoon sunset.

How did you find the purchasing process, including the display suite?

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of engagement by the developer with the hosting of the garden party, Christmas party and summer cookout, which gave us the opportunity to meet and mingle with our future neighbors. It definitely made the waiting process a lot more exciting.

What has your experience been like since purchasing?

As it was our first time purchasing a home, we found the purchasing process as smooth as we could have hoped it to be and appreciated the guidance and support of Leone, who was always there to answer any questions and concerns.

What are you most looking forward to in regard to moving in?

We are most looking forward to the lifestyle Sandringham has to offer, including weekend walks on the beach, Sunday brunches and relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine and a view of the sun setting over the garden after a long day at work.

Kerry and Gabrielle Fraser


As two of the first people to join the Pavilion Green community, Kerry and Gabrielle have been a part of this development’s journey for over two years. As such, they have become experts in all facets of off-the-plan purchasing, and are now eagerly awaiting the day they can officially move into their new residence. Having purchased at Pavilion Green for both the high-quality homes and exciting communal facilities — notably the gardens and relaxation areas — Kerry and Gabrielle are certain they will feel proud to call Pavilion Green home.

What appealed to you about purchasing at Pavilion Green?

It seemed to us that this development was to be built according to our desired demographics: it is purpose-built for owner occupiers looking to downsize, it demonstrated wonderful street appeal and its location was ideal for us. The promised fit out and the quality of appliances was in keeping with what we believed the developer was endeavouring to achieve. We also believed it was value for money.

Why did you choose your particular residence and floor plan?

The residence we chose met our criteria: single level, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car parking spaces. We preferred to be higher than the neighbouring building and get the morning sun while avoiding it later in the day. The professional assistance and guidance of Leone Steele was also invaluable.

How did you find the purchasing process, including the display suite?

The display suite was one of the highlights of the whole process: it gave a genuine feeling that this was the real thing. Its size alone saved us from trying to imagine what the finished apartment will be like, with complete floor plans for every residence and aerial photos of where you are located also a big help. The purchasing process was therefore made easy and uncomplicated. No pressure to purchase was ever applied and queries were always answered in a timely manner.

What has your experience been like since purchasing?

Having been one of the original purchasers we have been waiting over two years, but we did know this was the time frame from day one. Under the circumstances it has been frustrating at times but to the developer’s credit we have always been kept up to date as to what was happening and what was about to happen. Added to this has been the regular buyer get-togethers in conjunction with Pavilion Green promotions. These get-togethers have assisted in forming a community spirit even before we move in.

What are you most looking forward to in regard to moving in?

This move to us is a total life change. Having resided in a large family home for some 45 years, we are now at a stage of life where living needs to become easier and we see Pavilion Green offering this relaxing alternative while providing a very comfortable and convenient way of life.

• You may call or email us to book, but in order for us to confirm your appointment, we will ask you the below questions:

— Are you experiencing any flu-like symptoms, such as a cough, fever or breathing difficulties?

— Have you returned from overseas in the last 14 days?

— Have you been in close contact with anyone suspected or confirmed as having COVID-19?

• If you answer “no” to all of these questions, we will gladly invite you to meet with sales agent Leone Steele, keeping in mind that we’ll be maintaining physical distancing measures, including not shaking hands and standing a minimum of 1.5m apart. We appreciate your understanding.

• If you answer “yes” to one of these questions, we will unfortunately be unable to book you an in-person appointment in order to safeguard the health of our customers and team. However, we can still arrange a phone or video call at your convenience.

Sandringham in Hot Demand


Late last year, CoreLogic released their latest Best of the Best report, which aims to highlight the best performing property markets within Melbourne. Their figures revealed that our city’s seaside suburbs have fared particularly well, with Sandringham soaring above the competition on the unit front.

In fact, the Sandringham-Black Rock postcode demonstrated value gains of up to 18.6%, leading to a median sales price of $846,381. Neighbouring Beaumaris and Mentone also showed impressive figures, with gains of 17.1% and 16% respectively, underscoring the popularity of Melbourne’s bayside communities.

This news is exceptionally exciting for Pavilion Green purchasers, as it suggests that those who have bought a residence as an investment will be able to secure a strong rental price. To celebrate the launch of Pavilion Green’s garden view apartments, we hosted a colourful, community-centred Spring Garden Party in November.

Throughout the course of the day, visitors attended some insightful garden workshops lead by Bay Road Nursery, enjoyed some delicious treats provided by the team at local café Limoncello, and sipped on complementary glasses of prosecco and festive Aperol Spritzes served up by the Prosecco Van. Additionally, local fashion house Cable provided a preview of their up and coming spring collection, with our team also styled in Cable’s beautiful pieces during the event.

The Garden Party was undeniably a huge success, attracting an exciting mix of existing purchasers and potential new residents. Thank you again to everyone who came along to join in the festivities, we truly appreciate everyone’s time and hope you all enjoyed yourselves as much as we did.
